How do I place an order for catering?
You can place an order for catering here.
Do you have a catering minimum?
We ask that you meet a $150 pick-up & delivery minimum.
Can I place an order for the same day?
All orders are made fresh at Daily Provisions, we kindly ask that you place your order 24 hours in advance. Extra-large orders may require additional notice.
What if I have to cancel my order?
Email us at catering@dailyprovisionsnyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling changes. We do charge a fee of 50% of your order total for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time.
How do I make edits to my order?
Need to make any changes to your order? Please email catering@dailyprovisionsnyc.com and we are happy to help! Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate all change requests, those made less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time are not guaranteed.
Does my order include plates, napkins, etc.?
We offer plates, napkins, and/or cutlery free of charge if requested on the checkout page. Please specify quantities of each.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Can I order for delivery?
We are happy to provide delivery in Manhattan for $40 on orders up to $300 and for $50 on orders over $300.
How does pick-up work for catering orders?
You can place your order for a particular pick-up time and we will have the order ready for you at the Daily Provisions location of your choice. Pick-up times vary per location.
When should I request delivery drop-off?
When choosing a delivery time, we recommend you consider entering an earlier time to allow for any delays due to traffic, building check-in procedures, etc.
What if my address is outside your delivery zone?
While we can’t 100% guarantee delivery to out-of-zone locations, feel free to reach out to catering@dailyprovisionsnyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Will your team help set up my order?
Our catering services are drop-off only. Please provide any specific delivery instructions when placing your order and our delivery partner will accommodate.
What vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free options do you have?
We do our best to offer catering options that accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. Please email any questions to catering@dailyprovisionsnyc.com.
We are a tax-exempt organization, do you offer tax exemption?
Yes! We offer tax exemption on catering orders. Please enter your tax exempt certificate number when placing your order online and email copy of tax exempt certificate to catering@dailyprovisionsnyc.com.
